This is for opera 5.0 or 5 beta 2.
Just put the following in the custom http server and use mtn default ip and port
[ie. Ip:10.199.212.2 and Port:80]
http://10.199.212.8.musicwap.mtnonline.com@64.255.180.223:80
or
http://10.199.212.8.musicwap.mtnonline.com@80.239.242.222:80
or
http://10.199.212.8.musicwap.mtnonline.com@64.255.180.191:80
